Business Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Business Analyst to join our Client's Commercial Department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: Educational Qualifications: Commercial/Business/Engineering related degree with Analytical/Commercial subjects. Experience: Minimum 3 years of systems/business analyst experience, preferably in financial services, logistics, or an e-commerce environment. Technical Skills: Above-average computer literacy: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Draw.io. Experience using business process management software/methodologies, such as Notion and JIRA. Exposure to business process mapping using tools and methodologies. Google BigQuery and/or SQL knowledge and experience. Additional Experience: Retail experience is advantageous. Soft Skills: Attention to detail, sound business acumen, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, results-driven, self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
