Leading the team by example — hands-on, calm, and professional Driving kitchen systems and ensuring everything runs smoothly Assisting with menu and recipe development Training and managing the kitchen team Handling all aspects of stock — ordering, counts, wastage control, and cost tracking Creating and implementing clear SOPs to keep operations sharp Overseeing hygiene and food safety standards at all times Collaborating with FOH to ensure a smooth and unified service experience
