Recycling Operations Manager

Responsibilities/Tasks: • Monitor different recycling plants and processes. • Scheduling collections in the yards. • Following up on all tradesmen’s projects. • Follow up daily on drivers and state of vehicles. • Communication with high value clients and drivers that are on site. • Data capturing to check that all in order. Scanning up to date etc. • Keep in contact with branches. Scheduling transport to bring up material to main branch. • Monitor scales and weighbridges • SHE implementation of policies and procedures. Also ensure objectives and targets are met. • Daily communication with management and weekly high-level reporting. • Observing price changes within the market and changing price lists. • Monitor incoming and outgoing loads.

Engineering and technical background necessary. • Good verbal and written communication skills in English. • Able to motivate others. • Thorough understanding of recycling policies and processes
