Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients over phone or live chat. Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Document customer interactions and keep accurate records. Proactively identify and report customer trends and issues to management. Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer literate with your own computer and internet connection. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to work flexible hours as part of a hybrid office setup.
