We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team at PikUniq. As a freelance recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source job seekers, engage, and introduce job seekers to the PikUniq platform. You will play a crucial role in assisting job seekers with onboarding to our platform, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for them. This is a commission-only freelance position, meaning you will earn based on the successful onboarding of job seekers to the PikUniq platform. Here is the job overview: • Utilize various channels and techniques to source and attract potential job seekers • Engage with job seekers through online platforms, social media, and other relevant channels • Clearly communicate the benefits and advantages of the PikUniq platform to job seekers • Assist job seekers with the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities with job seekers • Collaborate with the PikUniq team to enhance the recruitment and onboarding processes
