Job Description

Ultimately, administrative skills are related to the running of a business and increasing office productivity. They include communication and organizational skills, as well as project management skills, bookkeeping skills, and time management skills. Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.

Skills Required

• Basic Bookkeeping – Debtors, creditors, Invoicing, payment allocations, Quotations • Daily Stock take • Maintenance of staff files – time sheets, leave, sick notes, absconding • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Diary Management • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations. • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. • Performing other relevant duties when needed 🔴 Attention Applicants!
