Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance. Implement and oversee management accounting practices, including cost analysis and margin analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations Manage tax planning and compliance, including VAT, income tax, and payroll. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions to maintain strong financial relationships. Oversee asset management and inventory controls. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
