Skills: Core to the Role - Flutter & Dart - Alternatively, have the ability to learn - Firebase — especially Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions - Backend development — using Node.js, Django, or similar - Front-end development — solid with React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript - Database design & management - Code architecture & documentation - Version control — Git, GitHub or GitLab - Security & compliance basics - Problem-solving & debugging - Decision-making abilities - Communication skills - Leadership or mentorship experience Nice-to-Have Skills - AI/ML integration - Experience with analytics dashboards - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD - Startup experience - Familiarity with hiring/recruitment tech
