ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON/TECHNICIAN - KNYSNA This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will need to already live in Knysna or have proof of accommodation here RESPONSIBILITIES: At least two years’ planning office experience together with some experience required doing submissions to Council. You will liaise with clients and municipal offices. Computer literacy should be above average. Experience working on REVIT and LUMION with a good understanding of AUTOCAD. Accuracy together with a good work ethic is very important! Good time management is essential. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Your own laptop/computer that is compatible to be able to run REVIT, LUMION and Autocad Your own car with a valid driver's license Matriculation. Not necessarily qualified but experienced Excellent English (verbal and written communication skills) Ability to handle pressure. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. Mouldable and willing to take instruction.
