Job Description

The Community Sales Representative will report to an Area Leader and focus on generating sales for the Company: Understand the Company’s product offering and pricing to accurately present and communicate to potential customers. Effectively generate leads and convert to sales. Follow guidance by the Area Leader on which areas to focus on. Confirm network coverage with the Area Leader before entering areas to drive sales efforts. Report all leads on the Company’s system. Attend and partake in field sales activations, as directed by leadership. Must successfully complete the Company’s training and onboarding programme. Adhere to the Company’s standards, policies, and procedures.

Skills Required

Basic work experience and/or student/graduate. Previous sales experience preferred. Must live or have lived in a local community (township) covered by TooMuchWifi. Self-starter with a strong will to succeed. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communicator, good people skills Proficient in at least two official South African languages. Basic computer skills or able to perform simple tasks on the Company’s sales reporting system. Must have own cell phone.
