Internal/External Sales Representative

We are seeking a well driven, people orientated Sales Representative to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be: Able to speak Afrikaans and English, additional languages will be an added advantage, Must be physically fit. Proven Sales experience and success of 3-5 years in the Recruitment and Labour Broking industry. Proven Customer contact list in the Limpopo Province. Previous experience as a sales representative in the Recruitment/Labour Broking area. Great contacts in the retail, mining and other industries. Must have a valid drivers license and willing to travel if the need arise. Grow revenue within the relevant Recruitment/Labour Broking sector by acquiring new customers. Retain and grow existing client accounts through regular visits, ongoing needs analysis and cross-selling through service ranges. Regular demonstration of services on offer. Meeting sales targets and KPI's. Quotes, proposals and presentations. Service orientation and training.
