Baker

We have a permanent opening in the FOOD Co bakery. We bake an assortment of Artisan breads and pastries for supermarkets and our busy cafe every day. ⁣ Organised self-starter, who can maintain a high level of cleanliness. Experience is a must. Day to day tasks include but may not be limited to: weigh out quantities of ingredients, mix ingredients by hand or with catering machinery, prepare dough bake products in batches in industrial ovens, make quality checks decorate and finish baked items ready for dispatch, keep production areas clean, stock take and order supplies. Rotating schedule, includes working night shifts, 5 days on with 3 days off.
