Job Description

PikUniq is a next-generation hiring platform transforming how employers discover and engage talent. We’re already live in the market with customers, traction, and a growing candidate base. Now we’re looking for a Founding Commercial Partner: Sales and Growth to take PikUniq to the next level, building our reputation, driving revenue, and opening doors at scale. This is a partner-level role, ideal for someone who wants to help build a business, not just work in one. You will be the commercial engine of PikUniq, leading sales, partnerships, demos, and relationships with employers, from startups to corporates. The role will need someone to tap into the following: Sales & Revenue Growth -  Generate and convert leads, manage pipeline, and close deals -  Present and demo PikUniq to employers -  Drive consistent monthly revenue growth Market Expansion & Business Development -  Open doors with employers, founders, and decision-makers -  Build strategic relationships and represent PikUniq at events -  Establish the platform’s reputation as a trusted hiring partner Strategy & Collaboration -  Provide market feedback to improve product and positioning -  Assist with developing GTM strategies, outreach plans, and messaging -  Collaborate with the customer on scaling and commercial decisions Brand & Competitor Positioning -  Understand the competitive landscape -  Present PikUniq’s value proposition effectively -  Identify and pursue new growth opportunities

Skills Required

- Strong sales experience (B2B, SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, Platforms, or similar) -  Proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing deals -  Excellent communication and presentation skills -  Ability to manage negotiations and build strong relationships -  Confident in networking and opening doors -  High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable in fast-paced environments -  Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to build, hustle, iterate, and grow with the business along side the Founder and the team.
