Human Resources Manager NPO Cape Town Well-established NPO is looking for an HR Manager with a focus on Training and Development as well as with the Full HR function. Salary: Up to MAX R41 000.00 CTC (Include Medical Aid) Position Type: Permanent role Minimum Requirements: Matric with Bcom degree level in Human Resource Management. 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Must have Training and Development experience (Facilitating, designing training material, staff development, coordinating training, etc) Must have a solid working knowledge of HR and relevant labour legislation. NPO / NGO industry experience Review and develop HR training programs Develop, implement, and able to maintain on-boarding programs Able to implement and manage Performance management system All relevant HR administrative duties as required Full spec will be discussed in the interview.
